Love Midland greatly appreciates the generosity of our donors and sponsors.
Donations
Donations made to Love Midland are generally considered non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, refunds will not ordinarily be issued.
If you believe a donation was made in error, duplicated, or processed incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Sponsorship Payments
Sponsorship payments are generally non-refundable once payment has been received and sponsorship benefits have begun or promotional materials have been produced.
Requests for refunds due to duplicate transactions, processing errors, or extraordinary circumstances may be submitted within 30 days of the transaction and will be reviewed individually.
Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your payment method was used fraudulently, please contact your financial institution immediately and notify Love Midland so we can assist in resolving the matter.
